Certificate Advisory Program

Wtih our Certificate Advisory Program, we provide you with certificates that you can use to recommend a charitable donation. Certificates of various dollar amounts are available, as are open certificates. All you need to do is hand over or mail one or more certificates to your preferred charity's office or representative.

The charity can then submit the certificates by mailing them to our office, subject to verification and approval. This can be particularly beneficial to ensure that even your low dollar donations provide you with a full tax deduction.

How it works

Set Up a Certificate Advisory Account

Start setting up your account by applying ONLINE or downloading an application Form from the Forms Section.

Make Initial Contribution

You can make your initial contribution utilizing one of a number of contribution methods.

Receive Advisory Certificates

Order certificates in the quantity and denomination breakdown of your choice.

Grant to Charity

You can recommend a charitable grant by simply providing the charity with a certificate or mailing the certificate directly to The Donors' Fund.

We offer two Certificate Advisory Account types:

Basic Account

Premium Account

Select the one that best meets your needs.

Basic Account

The Basic Account operates similar to a pre-paid account. You can order certificates totaling up to the amount you’ve contributed to your The Donors’ Fund account, after fees. As soon as you order certificates, The Donors’ Fund will place a hold on your account for the total value of certificates and fees.

Premium Account

The Premium Account operates similar to a pay-as-you-go account, offering you a unique level of flexibility and helping you maximize your cash flow. Funds are deducted from your account once your recommended grant has been approved and furnished to the charity. There is no hold or debit on your account when you order certificates. As a Premium accountholder, we can also provide you with blank certificates on which you can custom fill the recommended grant amount, just as you would with an ordinary checkbook.
